Our strengths lie in the ability to design and install a stunning new bathroom for your home, whatever the room’s shape or size. From your initial visit to our showrooms, to the completion of your project, we will be on hand to guide you through the entire process. All our projects are fully managed from start to finish, eliminating all the stress and worry often involved in arranging your own trades. Your installation also comes complete with a 5 year guarantee for ultimate peace of mind.

YOUR COMPLETE INSTALLATION JOURNEY

Step 1 – Get in touch

Book a convenient time to meet your appointed designer at our showrooms in Christchurch.

Step 2 – Create your brief

Upon your initial showroom visit we will gather information and discuss your brief, wishes and requirements – If you have none, we will inspire you with showroom displays and previous completed projects. Where possible, please bring approximate measurements and images of your current bathroom. (A site visit is possible if you are unable to get to us).

Step 3 – Design presentation

Following your initial visit we will prepare the design work and estimates. We will then present our proposals for your new bathroom. This will include high definition visuals of how your bathroom will look and the process of how your project will be managed, along with the associated cost.

Step 4 – Our site visit

Before you commit to your purchase we will carry out a full site survey to confirm the cost.

Step 5 – Place your order

Once we confirm your contract price, you pay a deposit to secure your installation date and we order your goods.

Step 6 – Commence your project

We deliver all goods to site prior to our installation team commencing works. We check goods to make sure we encounter no problems that could affect the completion date and commence your project. You’ll be provided with a full schedule of work, so you know exactly how your project will take shape.

Step 7 – Completion

We complete all works, which are then signed off by your project manager prior to paying your balance.
